These INSANE ideas would do an excellent job in draining the last drops of Blood and Treasure from the (few) remaining, healthy economic organisms that are desperately trying to stay alive in America. So, you can expect such legislation to PASS. Shortly thereafter, any quivering remains of still-gasping taxpayers (individual and corporate) will finally attain RIGOR MORTIS.
